This document has been developed by the USFWS Pacific Southwest Region Migratory Bird Program to provide interim technical assistance relating to developing golden eagle survey plans for development projects. Our recommendations are meant to cover various activities and industrial development projects across Nevada. This document provides a general framework to build upon, however please engage with appropriate local federal, state, and local agency staff for additional guidance.
