The Service is seeking public comments on its Draft Compatibility Determination for issuance of a Right-of-Way Permit to Starfish Infrastructure Inc. for operating and maintaining the Halahai and Bulikula submarine telecommunications cable systems through the Mariana Trench National Wildlife Refuge. The public comment period ends on June 19th, 2026.
